I really liked this place. Easy to get to from my mountain home. Good restaurants nearby. Friendly, helpful staff. I didn’t find the rooms outdated, but maybe I’m outdated. I liked the decor. I loved that they had common dispensers for shampoo, soap, etc. And they have the best little light for reading for us guys with weak eyes that I’ve ever seen in a motel. I am doing a park and fly and the parking lot is small and easy to use. Coffee in the lobby at 5 AM waiting for my shuttle was perfect. Since the shuttle won’t be available during the time of my return flight they refunded me $18 for an Uber. I will be returning here.

Excellent customer service! From the shuttle bus driver to the morning and afternoon representatives at the front desk all displayed great customer service, very accommodating and helpful. Great location to stay; lots of eating options, supermarkets and pharmacies. The hotel is immaculately cleaned and well maintained. The rooms were comfortable and clean. I had a room right on the busy road to which the hotel is located and once you close both window panels the room is so soundproof; had a relaxing nights rest. Will stay here again for sure.

I enjoyed my stay! I like the plastic saving with the toiletry dispensers. I do wish check out was at 1200. I also would have liked more shuttle times so I wouldn’t have had to go park somewhere else. I have a afternoon flight.

The hotel was above and beyond. We were greeted with friendly front desk staff who allowed us to leave our bags before check in while we explored San Francisco. At check in we were again greeted with kindness and welcoming and a complimentary wine. What a treat at the end of the day. Highly recommend this hotel. Super comfortable and extremely clean. A+.

Pleasant, helpful staff. Breakfast was available at 5:45 am for people with early flights. Nothing fancy but just what you need. Shuttle to/from airport is free. …

Hidden gem! Located close to airport (we used the free shuttle). Lovely staff, room. was clean, had the world’s comfiest beds and hot showers. Couldn’t ask for a better place to catch a few hours sleep while transiting SFO.

Good, clean rooms. Plenty of amenities. Awesome staff! The free airport shuttle is legit, just make sure to time it during operating hours. Only problems were spotty WiFi and the busyness of the traffic surrounding the location. Definitely recommended!

Customer service was great. Responded quickly when our flight got delayed. Breakfast was good. Location was ok, I’m not familiar with the area but it was safe. Location is on a busy street so if you are a light sleeper make sure to get a room that’s not facing the street. Overall good and cute place!
